Description of Service
KeyASO is an App Store Optimization (ASO) tool designed to help independent developers and app teams analyze, track, and optimize App Store keyword rankings.
License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KeyASO on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the app;
• Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app;
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Copy or modify any part of the app.
Intellectual Property
KeyASO and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
KeyASO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
App Store Terms
Your use of KeyASO is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
